A user has tried several times to set a notification that would send a text message to his cell phone prior to a meeting or appointment. He sets the Send Mail Notification using his cell phone's internet email address and receives nothing. The alarm goes off on the computer but it never gets to the phone. He also tried it with his home email address to no avail.

He is able to send to both addresses from his Notes account. Other users on different servers are able to send mail notifications to his phone from within the same domain.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
